The Michael Chekhov acting technique is very well applicable in everyday life. It offers direct, playful and accessible tools in getting a grip on (non-verbal) communication and complex processes, both dynamic and relational, that play at home and in the work place.
By making inner patterns visible that play a part in oneself, in relations and in the entire context in a playful way, gives participants the possibility to experience and understand through doing rather then talking about it.
Ongoing and exhaustiing processes become transparent. Different perspectives can be expierenced. An objective perspective on subjective matters can be developed.
This makes it possible for obstacles to become working material and for people to become aware and conscious of what's going on.
This approach will allow each individual to take their own next step in the (creative) process.
